The HBDC opened its doors in August 2003. We are a 13,000 square foot small business incubator facility located at 2005 Venture Park in the Allandale Community of Kingsport, Tennessee. The building contains 24- 400 square foot office/light manufacturing spaces, a large conference room, a training classroom and a kitchen/break room area. The facility had an initial cost of $910,000. The building is now paid for and we currently have twelve tenants.
